Im Rahmen der ICH-Aktivitäten sind die harmonisierten Monographien - Tablet friability (USP) - Stage 3: Proposal (PA/PH/Exp. 12/T [00] 11 ANP) und - Particle Size Distribution Estimation by Analytical Sieving (USP) - Stage 3: Proposal (PA/PH/Exp. 12/T [00] 13 ANP) abgedruckt.

Stellungnahmen zu den Monographien - Daunorubicin Hydrochloride (Daunorubicini hydrochloridum) - Doxorubicin Hydrochloride (Doxorubicini hydrochloridum) und - Thallous (201 TI) Chloride Injection sind abweichend von dem anderen Termin 31.10.2000 nur bis zum 31.08.2000 möglich.

Als "Rapid implementation" zum 01.09.2000 sind die Monographien - Haemophilus type b conjugate vaccine (Vaccinum haemophili stripe b conjugatum (PA/PH/Exp. 3/T [00] 38, DEF) und - Magnesium Sulphate Heptahy-drate (Magnesii sulfas heptahydricus) (PA/PH/Exp. 3/T [00] 133, DEF) in Kraft gesetzt.

Eine aktuelle Auflistung (Stand: Juni 2000, 21 Seiten) der Substanzen, die über ein Zertifikat nach dem Zertifikatsystem des Europäischen Arzneibuchs verfügen, ist enthalten. Hierin sind auch die Zertifikate für 8 Gelatinequalitäten und 2 Rinder- bzw. Kälber-Seren aufgeführt, die auf ihr TSE/BSE-Risiko geprüft wurden.

Zur Information sind ferner die Inhaltsverzeichnisse von Pharmacopoeial Forum (USP) Vol. 26, No. 1, Jan. - Feb. 2000 und No. 2, Mar. - Apr. 2000 sowie Japanese Pharmacopoeial Forum Vol. 9, No. 2, April 2000 abgedruckt.
